Oleander Villa sleeps up to 8 people and the price
per night is for the Villa (not per person).
Current availability for 2019 & 2020
November 24th to November 30th = £95 per night ($125)
December 13th 2019 to December 19th 2019 = £100 per night ($130)
January 2nd 2020 to February 7th 2020 = £100 per night ($130)
March 25th to April 8th 2020 = £105 per night ($137)
April 18th to April 25th 2020 = £105 per night ($137)
May 8th to August 11th 2020 = £105 per night ($137)
August 25th to September 17th 2020 = £105 per night ($137)
October 1st to November 28th 2020 = £105 per night ($137)
December 11th to January 5th 2021 = £105 per night ($137)
Currently taking bookings for 2020 at £105 ($137) & 2021 at £115 ($150)
per night all year round.
The price is secured once you pay the 20% deposit.
Extra Fees
There is a small charge for
Pool Heating of £15 ($20)
per day.
(this is recommended between October and April)
Refundable damage deposit
of £250 ($300)
is required with every booking and is refunded once our Management Company has checked the property after you check out.
This is only kept on rare occasions when something has been
broken or damaged.
The Villa is always checked before arrival and after each guests checks
out so if there is anything stolen then the deposit will be kept.
We only ask for you to treat our Villa like you would
look after your own property.
Minimum stay is 5 nights
It is a no Smoking Villa and
we do not accept Pets.
We accept payment via a Bank Transfer from a
UK Bank Account or via PayPal in
either £ sterling or US Dollars.
20% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is due 10 weeks before check in.
